What this site knows about you

Almost nothing. No cookies, no analytics, no trackers, no account. Here's the whole picture.

Who's responsible

What the site doesn't do

  • No cookies are set.
  • No analytics — no Google Analytics, no equivalent.
  • No tracking pixels, no ad networks.
  • No forms, no accounts, no newsletter.
  • Fonts are hosted on this domain, so no request is made to Google Fonts.

What's stored on your device

Your theme preference (light or dark) is kept in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device and is never transmitted. Clearing site data removes it.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical connection data — IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested page — to serve pages and guard against abuse. I don't access those logs individually and I don't run any analysis on them. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.

Images loaded from third parties

One page is the exception: Media. Album art, book covers and film posters are loaded straight from:

  • Last.fm (lastfm.freetls.fastly.net)
  • Goodreads (i.gr-assets.com)
  • Letterboxd (a.ltrbxd.com)

Viewing that page means your browser contacts those servers, which therefore receive your IP address and user agent. The site sends a strict Referrer-Policy header, limiting what's passed along to the domain name alone. No other page loads any external resource.

Outbound links

Links to GitHub, X, LinkedIn or anywhere else take you off this site. Their own privacy policies apply the moment you follow them.

If you email me

Contact addresses here are mailto: links. A message reaches a Gmail inbox hosted by Google. I keep correspondence for as long as the conversation needs, and you can ask me to delete it at any point.

Your rights

The GDPR gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability over your personal data. Email me to exercise them. If my answer doesn't satisfy you, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
